Hope Taylor has a great Birthday today. I’m sure he has his day planned with family and friends.
Henry, I saw on twitter you said snow out in Kansas in places. A friend I grew up with lives there she is a Hallmark artist. She had said the temps really dropped, she was fighting putting on the heat yesterday. I had told her it was warm here yesterday morning, but by late afternoon the temps just dropped by about 20-30 degrees, this morning it is cold. Oh well we knew it was coming, was hoping for a few more weeks of just really nice temps. I’m ready got the furnace checked out a full tank of oil, winter jackets just picked up from the cleaners.

I had to turn my heat on JI. We had a light frost last night and theres something about a mostly empty house that makes it colder. Its hard to believe that only a few weeks ago we were still hitting 100 on a few days. We had one of the hottest summers on record but its turning downright cold very early. I have felt this whole year that the weather was running a month ahead.
I feel like I’m camping out. Last night was probably the last night I will spend here but I will be back and forth this next week, getting the last of it and cleaning.
The big computer move is today. Hopefully all goes well and I will be back on by tonight.
Taylor is being very quiet on his birthday.

Henry, Yes its downright cold here! They say we may get frost or flurries tonight, ugh. Tommy and I got the pool covered today, I was so chilled when I came in put my robe on over my clothes. When it gets really cold in the winter I put my robe on because I feel the cold more than anyone else in the house. Brodie got up and said “is it really that cold you have your winter uniform on,” LOL
I feel for you having to move, its never any fun just alot of work, hope it all goes smooth for you and your computer is up and running quickly.
Bet Taylor is having a good time today whatever he is doing, no time for twitter thats for sure!!

My niece just put this pic up of Lily at her new Lego table. She tried to cut her bangs and didn’t do a very good job. Lily’s babysitter fixed them they were so uneven she had to cut them so short:

I can’t believe how big she is already, jersey! Wow, time is really flying by. Poor kid, my mom used to cut my bangs too. They were always crooked. And my mom didn’t drink, so that wasn’t the reason. She never did it to my sister though, so I had to rectify that. I was my sister’s hair cutter.
We still speak.
It’s cold here too and I’m not happy. I really, really hate the cold weather. Even though I have quite a few years to go, I plan to retire where it’s warm. Unless, of course, global warming takes effect; in which case, maybe I’ll get to stay put.

Spent the afternoon with Lily today, she is getting so tall. Kayla came home, she went to a concert with Brodie last night so it was closer to come here than drive back to school. Tomorrow is Brodie’s 26th birthday he came down and met us for dinner. Lily wasn’t so sure what to make of the bearded one. She really enjoyed her spaghetti and meatballs:

Sorry I haven’t been around much, the never ending move has gotten to me. But its almost over, today I got most of the cleaning done and should finish tomorrow, think i’ll be able to be a little more normal come Monday.
Even tho I will be buried in junk, I can’t wait to get back to work.
And can’t wait for Taylor to get back to Vegas and see where else they will be sending him next year.

Chill, I know what you mean. I don’t know why people think they can change your opinion with a barrage of tweets. Spam always turns people off, not on.
Love that picture. I could have gone with a smile on Taylor’s face for the cover photo but I guess he and the mag editors thought that one was best. He’s a handsome guy either way.
chill, tish, I hear you, the political tweets are getting old real quick. They will not sway me one way or the other. I’ll be happy when this election is over and don’t have to see them anymore.
Taylor seems to go for the more serious look on his face for things like this. All his cd covers are serious poses, guess he just likes that look. Either way its a stunning pic of him.

I love that pic of Taylor, not serious really. I think they told him to go sexy. I hope it was a lady photographer because someone is being undressed with his eyes.

I tweeted @lasvegasmag and suggested they do a cover story on Taylor. That magazine has a much bigger circulation ( it’s a regular magazine as opposed to a what’s happening in Vegas publication). You guys could try doing that too… maybe they would get the hint. They have done covers on most of the headliners that have come thru the city! Would be awesome!
